We often hear "stay in your lane", but just like in real life, navigating the multilane journey of client progress involves drivers with different priorities, styles, and thoughts about the other drivers. Join Braxton Baker, MS, CCC-SLP, BCBA as he discusses basic driver profiles; road etiquette for better interactions; and ideas to successfully merge, exit, switch lanes, pass, and help others along with you, etc. This is a conceptualization of the “Rules of the Road” to navigate the multi-lane highway of client progress and unlocking greater potential.

About Instructor
Braxton is a speech-language pathology, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and coach. In addition to his credentials, he has pursued additional education in psychology, academic instruction, sensory-motor integration, and effective implementation methodology and is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Business Administration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
He has provided services from the Virgin Islands to Washington DC; California to Mexico. Specialized in severe and multiple disabilities and assistive technology and cognitive linguistic functioning across the lifespan. Been an invited presenter on both sides of the globe. Served as the Executive Director of a K-21 school of Special Education; adulthood daily living program; and employment program, as well as the CEO of an ABA company providing services to individuals with Autism.
As the owner of Innovative Therapy Solutions he has honed this eclectic background into his education, consulting, and coaching to provide comprehensive approaches for maximal consistent growth for individuals, parents, professionals, and organizations.
