This position is for NY-LBAs interested in a flexible schedule of authorization assessments, parent training and supervision. These hours can be done with a hybrid treatment model of in-person and remote service provision, supervising top RBTs from local ABA graduate programs.
This hybrid role allows LBAs to maintain a small caseload of one-on-one direct service with clients, plus a small caseload providing assessments, case oversight, in-person and remote supervision of RBTs, and parent training. Providers will maintain 22-25 hours of direct service and supervision per week.
