Jamee Ruddy is a Licensed Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania.She received her undergraduate degree in Social Studies/Secondary Education from Marywood University, her Masters of Science in Special Education with a focus on social skills in young children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and completed her Post-Masters certification in Behavioral Intervention in Autism (BCBA coursework) at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. Jamee is the Director of Commercial and Early Intervention ABA Programs at MPG.
In her role as Director of Commercial and Early Intervention ABA programs, Jamee oversees the scheduling and collaboration of Board Certified Behavior Analysts/Licensed Behavior Analysts and Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians who provide ABA and Early Intervention services in the school, home and community settings throughout the NYC metro area.Additionally, Jamee coordinates with commercial insurances and ensures that inter-agency practices regarding our commercial ABA and Early Intervention programs meet and exceed compliance standards.
Jamee has a background in Early Intervention,Special Education and ABA services. As an NJ and PA certified Special Education teacher, she has an extensive and variety of experiences working with behaviorally challenged students in both regular and special education classrooms across public school, private, special education institutions and correctional settings with young children, adolescents and incarcerated adults. Additionally, Jamee has provided Early Intervention and ABA services across home, school and community settings as a Special Needs Instructor- Behavior and Licensed Behavior Specialist/Consultant in the state of PA, providing direct services and consultation to children on the Autism Spectrum, other developmental disorder and behavioral needs and their families.
Jamee has a passion for not only the field of Applied Behavior Analysis but for utilizing efficient, management practices as part of a team in order to provide high quality services to those in need. Jamee has previously founded and directed a successful ABA and Early Intervention organization spanning a 5 county area in the Northeast PA area. She brings to MPG both first-hand experience in management and compliance along with a desire make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families who receive our services.
