Our Patient Care Liaison provides:
Expert Service Coordination
- Facilitates referrals to therapeutic, behavioral, educational, evaluation, and group services, both internally and externally.
- Guides families through processes such as obtaining Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Individualized Education Service Plans (IESPs) in public and private schools.
- Supports families in accessing services through the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
Insurance Navigation
- Assists with securing out-of-network insurance reimbursements, ensuring you understand the process and maximize benefits.
Comprehensive Guidance
- Acts as a liaison between your family and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
