Kate is dedicated to creating supportive environments where individuals feel valued, motivated, and empowered to grow. She combines evidence-based practices in ABA and OBM with a holistic lens to build high-performing systems, reduce staff burnout, and foster sustainable habits aligned with personal and professional goals. Her expertise spans crisis management, mergers and acquisitions, OBM consulting, district partnerships, and training for professionals entering the ABA field. Brianna is a BCBA and is the Assistant Vice President of Clinical & Professional Development at BDA. As a BCBA, she supports new behavior techs and behavior analysts as they get acclimated into their new roles. She also provides continued onsite support and training in both the home and school environments.
