
Frank Merenda II is currently a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at Yeshiva University's Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. He joins the Manhattan Psychology Group (MPG) with a strong foundation of training and clinical experience. Frank holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marist University, where he was honored with the 2024 Multicultural and Social Justice Advocacy Award. He has provided therapeutic interventions across diverse clinical settings, including outpatient clinics and group private practice environments, where he worked with children, adolescents, and families presenting with a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral disorders, and family conflict.
Frank specializes in evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Parent Management Training. He is dedicated to delivering individualized, goal-oriented interventions that promote client well-being and enhance coping strategies for emotional and behavioral challenges. His approach emphasizes collaboration and culturally informed care to meet the unique needs of each client.
