Jennifer Arroyo, MSEd, is a New York State-certified bilingual school psychologist with extensive experience supporting the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of children and adolescents. She began her career in the Bronx, New York, working in early intervention and preschool special education, and has since worked with students from kindergarten through twelfth grade across school districts in Westchester, Rockland, and Orange counties.
Ms. Arroyo specializes in bilingual school psychology and is deeply committed to supporting Spanish-speaking families as they navigate the special education process. She is passionate about empowering parents through education and advocacy, helping families understand their rights and effectively access services and support for their children within the public school system.
In addition to her clinical and educational work, Ms. Arroyo serves as the Chapter K Representative on the Executive Board of the New York Association of School Psychologists (NYASP). Her professional interests include culturally responsive practice, family engagement, and promoting equitable access to educational and mental health services. Ms. Arroyo is dedicated to providing compassionate, collaborative, and individualized support to children and families from diverse backgrounds.
