Kelsey is a dedicated mental health counseling professional and ADHD/Executive Function Coach with more than seven years of experience helping clients develop lasting emotional, cognitive, and academic skills. She is passionate about empowering individuals to strengthen emotional regulation, build healthy coping strategies, enhance executive functioning, and cultivate the confidence needed to achieve meaningful personal and academic goals.
Known for creating a compassionate and inclusive therapeutic environment, Kelsey specializes in working with children and adolescents while also supporting clients of all ages and learning styles through personalized, strengths-based approaches. She has led hundreds of successful coaching and counseling sessions, helping individuals build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and develop positive growth mindsets through engaging, interactive, and individualized support.
Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Psychology from Florida State University. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at New York University, where she continues to advance her clinical training and commitment to promoting mental wellness.
