Grace Gilmore earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Music from Salve Regina University, where she was also a member of the track team. She later completed her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in holistic psychology at Salve Regina University.
Prior to joining Manhattan Psychology Group, Grace worked in a school serving children with disabilities and most recently provided in-home family therapy to underserved communities throughout Massachusetts. Her clinical interests include integrating holistic and evidence-based interventions to create individualized treatment plans that support lasting growth and well-being. She incorporates approaches such as motivational interviewing and mindfulness-based practices while tailoring treatment to each client's unique strengths, needs, and goals. Grace values building genuine therapeutic relationships grounded in empathy, trust, and collaboration, and believes meaningful change occurs when clients feel supported, empowered, and understood throughout the counseling process.
