Aditya is a third-year doctoral student in the Psy.D. program at William Paterson University. He previously completed externships at Envisage Neuropsychology and Spectrum Psychological Services, where he gained experience in clinical assessment and therapeutic services across diverse populations.
Before beginning his doctoral training, Aditya worked as a clinical supervisor and direct care provider delivering Relationship Development Intervention (RDI) to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In this role, he focused on supporting social-emotional development and strengthening adaptive functioning through structured, relationship-based approaches.
His current clinical interests center on integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities to develop more individualized and comprehensive treatment approaches for individuals with ASD. He is particularly interested in bridging structured interventions with flexible, client-centered care to better support developmental and functional outcomes. Aditya values building genuine connections with the individuals and families he works with and believes that meaningful change is best achieved through a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, compassion, and curiosity.
