Charles has over 20 years of experience working in various executive leadership and administrative roles, including operations, program, and human resource management. He has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, a discipline of psychology that applies psychological theories and principles to organizations and individuals in their workplaces. Charles is also a professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). His experience includes organizational development, human resource management, financial administration, business operations, training and development, and program management.
Charles is responsible for the planning, implementation, management, and operation of the total human resource strategy and activities of MPG, including full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, administration of benefits, leave, and pay, and enforcing company policies and practices.
